How To Rent a Unit

- Click or tap “Start Storing Today”
- Choose your size
- Click or tap “Move In”
- Click or tap “Next”
- Create new account
- Enter contact information
- Click or tap “Next”
- Add any additional information
- Click or tap “Next”
- Enter payment information

- Top right corner click or tap “Get Started”
- Sign lease

Setting Up Your Storage Smart Entry Mobile App
Accessing your new storage unit is fast and easy using the Storage Smart Entry mobile app by Nokē.
First Steps for New Tenants
- After renting your unit, you’ll receive an automated text message or email from the facility.
- Click the link in the message to download the Storage Smart Entry mobile app and log in.
- Log in using your phone number or address as your username, and the 6-digit PIN number provided as your temporary password.
- After logging in, the app will prompt you to create a new password of your own.
- If prompted, tap OK twice to allow the Storage Smart Entry mobile app to access both Bluetooth and Location Services on your device.
Note: Bluetooth must be turned on in your smartphone’s settings in order to access your unit. *You can also download the mobile app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Just search for Storage Smart Entry. Or you can click here: http://noke.app.
Access Building
Unlocking Back Door Entry (Bluetooth)
Note: Bluetooth must be turned on in your smartphone’s settings in order to use this method to access Back Door
- Open your Nokē Smart Entry app
- Once within Bluetooth range the “Back Door” icon on your app will highlight. Tap the highlighted icon to open the door or entry point.
Locking Back Door Entry (Bluetooth)
- Open your Nokē Smart Entry App
Click or tap on “Back Door” icon
Manually Unlocking Back Door Entry
- Manually enter 4-digit access code on keypad to the left of white door
- Enter * then your four-digit code then #
Manually Locking Back Door Entry
- Manually enter 4-digit access code on keypad to the left of white door
- Enter * then your four-digit code then #
Opening/Closing Back Door From Inside Loading Dock
- Open your Nokē Smart Entry App
- Click or tap on “Back Door” icon

- Manually push the green button to the right of the white door
Unlocking Entry Doors
- Manually enter 4-digit access code
- Enter * then your four-digit code then #
- Open Entry Door
Exiting Entry Doors Note: Doors will lock automatically upon closing
- Push the green button on the right side of Entry doors to exit the building
Accessing Your Storage Unit
- To access your storage unit, tap the LED light on the Nokē smart lock to “wake” it up. LED light will turn red. Open the Storage Smart Entry mobile app.
Note: You’ll need WIFI or cellular signal to authenticate upon opening the app.
- Once the smart lock is “awake,” the unit icon on your app will highlight. Tap the highlighted icon to open the door or entry point.
- After Nokē smart lock is unlocked, the LED light on the lock will turn green. Once light is green, manually slide lever to the left.
- Your unit is now unlocked.
Locking Your Storage Unit
- Pull unit door all the way down to floor
Note: Make sure the door is all the way down touching the floor so lever can latch
- Manually move the lever on your Nokē lock to the right.
- The LED light will turn red when the unit is locked
